Cleared with your doctor first; we work alongside your physiotherapist where needed.

The framework

  • Weeks 1-4: Breath, alignment, gentle activation
  • Weeks 5-8: Core integration & mobility
  • Weeks 9-12: Strength, cardio, full return to practice
